Like the other reviewers say, these things are great. Uniform in size so easy to cook consistently. Individually packaged so you only need to thaw what you want to use. Not from jacked up steroid chickens. Low moisture so beware of overcooking. Wish they came in smaller quantities (just two of us) – they stay perfectly in the freezer but take up room in our small / average freezer.
