PREPARATION

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator before heating.

CAUTION—The product is very hot after heating!! For best results, use kitchen shears to open the pouch at one end.

Microwave: Place the pouch in a small microwaveable baking dish. Cut three small slits in the pouch. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) for 10-12 minutes, turning the dish halfway through heating. Let stand for 2 minutes.

Oven: Remove the roast and gravy from the pouch and place them in a small glass or aluminum baking pan. Cover the roast with aluminum foil. Heat in a preheated 425-degree F oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot.

From Frozen (the lazy way): Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Remove the frozen pot roast from the bag, place it in a covered casserole dish, and bake for approximately 60 – 70 minutes. You may add cut-up vegetables 30 minutes in, which adds an additional 10 – 15 minutes of cooking time.
