PREPARATION
Conventional Oven: If frozen, defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Remove the bag from the bag and place it in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Grill: If frozen, defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Over medium heat, place the duck skin side down on a rack and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the duck over and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Air-Fryer: If frozen, defrost overnight. Preheat the air-fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate the duck half into two portions. Arrange portions on the tray so they do not overlap. Air-fry for 12 minutes. Carefully remove the product and allow it to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.

I had my first half duck for dinner tonight and it was delicious! Cooked just right, looks beautifully browned on the plate, lightly seasoned to let the natural duck flavor come through. Ideal for adding your own favorite duck sauce, but not necessary unless you want that flavor difference. Will definitely buy again! Very pleased with the purchase.
I don’t understand why Americans are not conscious of how wonderful duck can be. I have had the opportunity to travel to Europe several times. Duck is customary and delicious. Difficult to get it here. The half roasted duck is a complete joy. Tell Publix to carry it. I had to order from Mapleleaf by mail.
The roasted half duck was delicious. It was prices but if you comparison shop as I do, the price was very competitive. I will order again but as a treat rather than something regular. The vendors were courteous and helpful. I made two dinners for friends and they loved it as well.
