Preparation Instructions
The ham is fully cooked.
To prepare – Defrost ham in refrigerator for 36 hours. Remove from refrigerator an hour before using.
To Glaze – Follow instructions on glaze packet. Adds an excellent touch to the already perfect ham!
Serve ham either at room temperature or heat in 325° oven for 20 minutes.
Additional Tips:
If you plan to use within 5 days after it arrives, refrigerate immediately. If more than 5 days, rewrap in new foil and freeze. Use caution when opening your original package as juices may have collected during shipping. Will keep frozen for 6 to 8 weeks without loss of flavor.
To thaw, let stand for
up to 2 days in refrigerator. Check periodically.
We recommend serving this Ham at room temperature.
Remember, it is already fully cooked. We do not recommend warming.
