GRILLING
Patties:
Spray cold cook grate with no-stick cooking spray.
Prepare grill for medium direct heat cooking.
Place patties on cook grate.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in the center and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer, turning once or twice.
SKILLET
Crumbled:
Spray large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
Heat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles.
Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
Patties:
Season turkey as desired and shape into five patties, 1/2-inch thick.
Spray large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
Heat over medium heat 30 seconds.
Add patties and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in the center and temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer, turning once or twice.
