Wagyu Stew Meat is sourced from Broadleaf, one of the USA’s premier distributors of specialty meats such as venison, wild boar and North American bison. Their Wagyu beef comes from Australian Wagyu cattle raised humanely on open pastures, free from antibiotics, hormones or chemicals. Wagyu is high in Omega-3s and Omega-6s and low in saturated fats, making it healthier as well as tastier than regular beef. These stew chunks are cut primarily from the sirloin, though may include other cuts.
