Contact us directly within 14 days of receipt of your order to share any questions, concerns or complaints.  We handle all concerns individually and personally and you will likely talk directly with the person who sourced, packed and shipped your order. Depending on the situation, we may ask that you return the product at our expense. All returned products are disposed of for food safety reasons.
