Shipping & Deliveries

We offer nationwide delivery to the continental United States.  Our primary shipping partner is UPS.  Your products are packed with dry ice in a reusable insulated cooler. Most all of our products ship within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date your order is placed.

We ship most orders Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday of that same week.  Orders received on Thursday or Friday generally ship the following Monday.  We do not ship during the weekend.  For best performance on short notice including requests for overnight delivery of an order placed Thursday or Friday or for a Saturday or Monday delivery date, please contact joe@todaygourmet.com or (203) 275-6323 to confirm we can meet your requirements.  We are usually able to accommodate special requests – our shipping manager is very proud of his work and excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We will gladly deliver to other addresses – including rural routes – with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Due to export restrictions, we do not ship our products outside the United States.

Today Gourmet Foods of NC shipments are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute the cooler due to incorrect addresses. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

If your order does not arrive in safe condition, contact us directly to resolve.

LOCAL DELIVERY IN CONNECTICUT AND MOST ADJACENT ZIP CODES

We are a small, locally owned family business. The owners and president live in Connecticut and our primary warehouse is in Bloomfield.  We offer free, personal delivery throughout Connecticut as well as to most bordering zip codes.  If you order from within our delivery area, we will contact you to offer personalized delivery.  If we are unable to contact you or if you prefer, we will happily ship your order.
