We continuously strive to find and locate new vendors who can help us out with new items. We constantly add new products based on recommendations from our clients. We can custom cut any steak, pork, lamb or veal product to meet any client’s needs. We can supply Choice, Prime, Dry-Aged or Wet Beef, as well as Angus Beef.
We have distributors in Nashville TN, Charlotte NC, and Raleigh NC. We service VA, NC, SC, TN, AL and KY through our distributors, and we can also ship anywhere in the Continental US. We offer free delivery within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh, Nashville, or Charlotte.
The majority of our products are flash-frozen and vacuum sealed, completely trimmed of excess fat, and guaranteed up to 12 months in your freezer. We feel we can cater to anyone’s needs; whether you are looking for quick and easy meals, better quality than your local supermarket or butcher shop, food for special occasions, gifts, or just a special treat for yourself.
One of our signature lines are our Maryland Crab Cakes – all jumbo lump in 3 different sizes. These are handmade in Maryland and either shipped or delivered in person right to your front door.
