    PREPARATION

    1. DEFROST: Defrost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging – LEAVING SALMON ON THE PLANK.
    2. PLACE IN OVEN OR ON GRILL: Place the salmon still on the plank in the oven or on the grill preheated to 425°F. Cook for 14-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
    3. EAT UP: Serve salmon right on the plank with your favorite side dish, and enjoy!
