These cakes are a perfect blend of Maine lobster meat and fresh crab meat. We marry the crab and lobster meat with fresh ingredients for a truly outstanding taste sensation.

These 3 oz crab cakes are made in our special processing facility and are our exclusive crab cakes that are offered gluten free.

Preparation Instructions


Baking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Brush with either mayonnaise or butter and bake for approximately 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

* Cook until internal temperature of 165 degrees F, for 30 seconds.
