Preparation Instructions

Thaw roast.

Preheat your heat source to medium high.

Reheat to the desired “doneness” using the chart below. At 350 degrees it will take approx. 90 minutes to reach an internal temp of 135 degrees.

Internal Temp.

Rare: 120 degrees F.

Medium Rare: 130 – 140F.

Medium: 140 – 150F.

Medium Well 160F.

Well: 170F.
