Our Sea Bass is a light, tasty and firm white fish filet that is hard to come by but worth the effort. Sea bass has a wonderful rich flavor, it’s loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and has a snow white flesh that forms large flakes when cooked. Because of its high oil content, the meat is “melt-in-your-mouth” tender and moist.

Preparation Instructions
Baking: Season fish, brush with butter or substitute and cook in preheated oven at 350F degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Fish should flake when done.
Broiling: Surface of fish should be 3 to 4 inches from source of heat. Preheat broiler. Broil 10 to 12 minutes.
Steaming: Use a steamer, pour liquid (white wine, water) spices and herbs over fish. Cover and bring to a boil, steam fish about 12-14 minutes over medium heat.
