Best Method: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 – 36 hours on the top shelf. Bake- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes turning halfway. Cover with foil after 15 minutes to avoid drying out.
2nd Best Method: Thaw 24 – 36 hours in the refrigerator. Grill- Put grill on high to heat up. Drop temp to medium/low, close lid and cook approximately 15 minutes on the first side. Than flip and cook approximately 10-12 minutes.
Quickest Method: Keep the roast in it’s packaging and submerge in a large bowl or sink of cool water for 30 minutes or until completely thawed. Bake- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes turning halfway. Cover with foil after 15 minutes to avoid drying out.
