Our cure times are no less than 24 hours, and our smoke time is approximately 36 hours. After the salmon comes out of the smoker, it is left to “rest” for 48 hours, which allows the exquisite buttery texture and the delicate oak smoke flavors to develop fully. The result is nothing short of stunning! Our Organic Smoked Scottish Salmon is high in Omega 3’s and is Kosher Certified, Gluten & GMO-Free.
Our strict 100% Organic diet for our Salmon ensures that they never consume GMOs or artificial ingredients. This results in omega 3 and 6 levels that are exceptionally high and close to those found in Wild Atlantic Salmon, providing you with the health benefits you seek. In our sea cages, the salmon stocking density is no more than 10kg per m3, representing 1% Salmon and 99% seawater. This is significantly lower than conventional Salmon stocking densities, allowing the fish plenty of room to grow and dramatically reducing environmental impact.
