PREPARATION

  • Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove halibut from the pouch. Bake fish at 400 degrees for 15-22 minutes. Cooking time can vary by oven.
  • Sauté: Preheat a non-stick skillet on low heat. Remove halibut from the pouch; place halibut on hot skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, flip halibut over, cover the pan, and cook for 7-11 minutes. Total: 14-18 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving (halibut will continue to cook slightly).
  • Grill: Preheat the grill to high and clean with a grill brush. Remove Halibut from the pouch. Place halibut onto the grill. After 5 minutes, flip over and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Broil: Preheat the broiler. Remove halibut from its pouch. Place on pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes.

Really well packed, held the flavor in the freezer until we finished. So just bought as much as my freezer could handle so will have enough good halibut until more is available!
