Beginning with grade A salmon at the peak of its freshness, each fillet is marinated in a signature bourbon recipe to infuse it with flavor. Next, a mushroom duxelles is added atop the fillet for a decadent finish, before the whole thing is wrapped in golden puff pastry. Ready to bake and perfect for impressing even the most hard-to-please dinner guests, our salmon wellington is truly inspired. Preparation Instructions

Keep frozen.

Conventional Oven Preparation: 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. (Convection oven 375 degrees F). 2. Place frozen (Do Not Thaw) Salmon Wellingtons on a lightly greased baking sheet. 3. Place the Salmon Wellingtons on the lowest rack of your oven, reduce your oven temperature to 375 degrees F (Convection oven 350 degrees F) and bake for 20-30 minutes. 4. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes (internal temperature will continue to rise during this time.) The puff pastry should be a golden brown. If the puff pastry begins to get too dark, loosely place a piece of aluminum foil on top of the Salmon Wellingtons. This will slow the browning of the pastry. Caution: Baking Sheet and contents will be hot. Note: Heating times are approximate. They will vary due to make, model and temperature calibration of your oven. Cook thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
