PREPARATION

Baking: Season fish, brush with butter or a substitute and cook in a preheated oven at 350F degrees for approximately 20 minutes. When done, the fish should flake.

Broiling: The surface of the fish should be 3 to 4 inches from the source of heat. Preheat the broiler. Broil for 10 to 12 minutes.

Steaming: Use a steamer, pour liquid (white wine, water) spices and herbs over fish. Cover and bring to a boil, steam fish about 12-14 minutes over medium heat. [Steaming is a healthy cooking method that preserves the natural flavors and nutrients of the fish.]
