These exceptional cutlets are artisan-sliced and perfectly thin. They are completely trimmed and exceptionally tender. They are the perfect thickness for making veal marsala, parmigiana, or scaloppini.

The unbreaded veal cutlets are vacuum-sealed in packs of two. The breaded veal cutlets are in a sealed bag. With both variations, take out the number of cutlets you need for the meal and thaw them in the refrigerator (or put them in a bag in cold water if you need to thaw more quickly).

PREPARATION

Defrost and lightly flour and sauté for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Best suited for the oven, cast iron skillet, or grill.

Stove Top: Heat a small amount of oil in a heavy, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add cutlets; cook 3 to 4 minutes (1/8" thick) or 5 to 6 minutes (1/4" thick), turning once. Remove and serve immediately.

    These came packaged well in styrofoam with dry ice. Received 20 cutlets 2 to a sealed package cut thin and ready to cook. We had a dinner party for 8 and used them for Weiner Schnitzel everyone loved.
